N R Agarwal Industries Limited, is managed by the Board of Directors, chaired by Mr. R N Agarwal as Chairman & Managing Director of the company. Mr. R N Agrawal is an Electrical Engineer and a Management Graduate from U.S.A. He is a promoter director of the company and has more than two decades of experience in the paper industry. His continued efforts have helped turn the company into an organization of excellence in both domestic and global markets. Mr. Raunak Agarwal

Mr. Raunak Agrawal a distinguished member of the Agarwal Family, holds an esteemed degree in Business Administration from Kingston University, London. With his profound knowledge and modern management expertise, he serves as an invaluable promoter and director of the Company. His exceptional business acumen positions him as an ideal leader, responsible for driving NRAIL's remarkable growth in both domestic and international markets. Through the implementation of strategic plans, he ensures the Company's sustained progress. Notably, under his visionary leadership, the marketing operations of the Company have experienced significant advancements.

Mrs. Reena Agarwal

Mrs. Reena Agarwal belongs to the Agarwal family and is an Executive Director of N R Agarwal Industries Ltd. She is a Graduate in Commerce and has over 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management & Administrative functions.

Mr. Rohan Agarwal

Rohan Agrawal is a valued member of the Agarwal Family, with a notable degree in Business Administration from Kingston University, London. In his role as promoter director, Rohan effectively oversees crucial aspects of the Company's operations, including strategic purchasing, project management, and IT operations. His impressive research skills, sharp market insights, and strong IT knowledge have been instrumental in identifying reliable source markets and driving the Company's impressive growth. Rohan's unwavering dedication and technical expertise have played a significant role in the continued success of the organization.

Mr. P K Mundra

Mr. P K Mundra holds both a degree in Company Secretariatship and an MBA. Serving as the Executive Director of N R Agarwal Industries Ltd., he possesses an impressive career that spans over 41 years. Mr. Mundra's versatile experience encompasses various domains including finance, labor relations, legal compliance, secretarial duties, income tax management, structural products, insurance, costing, accounts, and purchasing, among other functions. His broad skillset and comprehensive understanding of these areas contribute significantly to his multifaceted role within the company.

Mr. P. Kumar

Mr. P. Kumar holds a degree of Masters in Arts and a Diploma in Banking & Industrial Finance. He is a highly experienced banker in commercial and development banking, with extensive project finance exposure. He has worked with Reserve Bank of India and IDBI for more than 38 years. He held various senior management positions with Reserve Bank of India and IDBI and was Chief General Manager (Project Finance) of IDBI Bank before retirement. Mr. Kumar’s core competencies include project finance, international trade finance, overseas projects finance, and institutional and international relations. Post retirement, he has been associated with large corporate as an Advisor/Consultant.

Mr. C R Radhakrishnan

Mr. C R Radhakrishnan, Former Chief General Manager of State Bank of India has been on the Board of the Company since 2007. He holds a Masters Degree in Commerce and is a Gold Medalist. A Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), he also holds a Certificate in Industrial Finance and is a Member of Internal Auditors, Florida. He has had more than 37 years of experience with State Bank of India, India’s largest Commercial Bank and 10 years of Academic experience with SIES College of Management Studies, one of the top 25 Business Schools of India. Currently, he is the Dean Finance of SIES College of Management Studies.

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Bakshi

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Bakshi, a post graduate in Science is a professional banker with over 37 years of rich experience in diverse fields of banking including Branch management, Credit, Business Planning & Development, Treasury, International Banking and Business Process Re-engineering, etc both in India as well as abroad. Mr. Bakshi has held the coveted post of an Executive Director of Bank of Baroda from 2008 till his retirement in 2012. He has also been associated with Bank of India & IDBI, heading their various overseas operations.Presently Mr. Bakshi is a Member of Reserve Bank of India Services Board for the last 4 years. He also works as Senior Adviser to Centrum Capital Ltd, a Mumbai based listed full service NBFC. He is also on the Boards of a few companies as Independent Director.

Mrs. Sunita Nair

Mrs. Sunita Ajay Nair is a practicing lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. She is a Graduate from Mumbai University in Commerce faculty. Thereafter, she pursued and completed her Post Graduation Diploma in Marketing and Administration (PGDM) and Diploma in Exports.

She successfully completed her Bachelors in Education from Mumbai University and worked as an accomplished Teacher in an ICSE School. She is an astute lawyer with expertise in diverse fields of laws more particularly of Property law, Trade and Commercial Laws, Employment Law and Laws for Protection of Women and Children rights.

Mr. S N Chaturvedi

Mr. S N Chaturvedi has been associated with the Company since its inception in 1994. He holds a bachelors’ degree with honours in technology. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Assurance & Audit practice, Tax practice (both domestic and international) , Corporate Advisory services, Investment banking services, Mergers, Acquisitions & Amalgamations, Corporate Restructuring services, Valuation of companies & assets, Private Equity etc. Has hands on experience of large ticket debt syndication and has carried out audit of very large entities such as SBI, LIC, UTI and IDBI Bank. Has additional qualifications as—Information Systems Auditor, Certified Valuation Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management Certified Professional and holds a Diploma in IFRS. He is an active member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and the Bombay chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is an Alumni of IIT, Mumbai and IIM Ahmadabad.

Mr. K L Chandak

Shri K L Chandak has rich corporate experience of 45 years as service in paper industry and was previously associated with West Coast Paper Mills Ltd a leading integrated pulp & paper mill as an Executive Director for 17 years. He has versatile experience and expertise in all areas of company management including Finance and Accounts. He was instrumental in turning around of West Coast Paper mills limited. He is also an Independent Director in Shree Rama Newsprint Limited.
